Purpose of Examination

NAC 656.110  The Board declares that the purpose for the examination that is required pursuant to NRS 656.160 is to ensure that the persons whom the Board certifies as court reporters possess the standard of competence and integrity in the practice of court reporting that is required to protect the public interest.
